Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead the successful execution of projects from planning through to completion. In this role, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that expectations are met and deliverables are achieved. Your ability to manage resources, mitigate risks, and communicate progress will be key to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and meet stakeholder expectations
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with overall business strategy
- Create detailed project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, including engineering, design, and marketing
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions when needed
- Manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure that all project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and status reports, is accurate and up-to-date
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in project management, with a proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Microsoft Project, Asana)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to address project challenges proactively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing project budgets and schedules
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Nice to Have:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Monday.com
